PayPal: Please submit payment on PayPal within 24 hours. Must be Verified PayPal with confirmed address. PayPal and credit cards are the accepted forms of payment for both domestic and international transactions. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit or debit card - PayPal is simply the credit card processor for the transactions.

All items are carefully packed. The item shipped is as described. I always wrap and package carefully so I will not be responsible for items damaged or lost after it is scanned by shipping service provider. I try to recycle/reuse packaging as much as I can, so a box may have been used before but it is always clean and protecting the product for shipping is my first concern. You receive order confirmation via email so I do not include a packing slip of any kind unless requested. I prefer to save paper.

Every item is shipped the fasted possible method based on the posted quoted shipping amount in the items shipping section. The shipping time depends on the delivery method. Tracking is always provided. We offer Domestic & International shipping via DHL (Germany) and POSTE ITALIANE Courier (from Italy). Orders wil be shipped from Germany pr from Italy (You see it in the box, if you are not sure please Convo). Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of verified funds.
Domestic & International shipping is processed through DHL. Most items ship Priority Mail or Ground Service unless otherwise specified by the buyer. If you have specific shipping needs, please contact me before purchasing an item. i.e., Express or 2 Day shipping. Additional shipping costs apply for expedited deliveries. We will send you a notification once the item has shipped. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation is always provided to ensure safe arrival of your item. Insurance is provided with most shipments.

WE PREPARE OUR ITEMS AND PACKAGE THEM WITH EXTREME CARE. ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SCANNED BY Courier AND HAS LEFT OUR POSSESSION WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR OTHER CONDITIONS THAT HAPPEN DURING SHIPMENT OR UPON RECEIPT OF BUYER. If the package appeared to be opened or damaged, receivers must notify the Courier officer (of your place) at the time of delivery and should refuse to accept the package. If you choose to accept the damaged package the buyer must notify me within 24 HOURS and I will try file a claim with Courier. Please inspect product immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage or shortage the same day of delivery. Please keep all packing and the item while insurance claim is filed or the claim will be void. BUYER WILL BE REIMBURSED ONCE INSURANCE CLAIM IS COMPLETE. NOTE: Courier INSURANCE ONLY REIMBURSES FOR THE ITEM NOT THE SHIPPING COST. BUYER WILL ONLY BE REIMBURSED FOR THE ITEM NOT THE SHIPPING CHARGE .

LOST OR UNDELIVERED. If the package was lost or unable to be located in transit by Courier, buyers are responsible to contact us as soon as possible to start a package trace process(we will check the tracking number only with the state of shipment source: Germany or Italy), please allow 8-10 business days for carrier to trace the package.
We are also extremely happy to know you are satisfied with the item and appreciate positive feedback.
In the event we requests a damaged item back you will have seven (7) business days to provide us with an active tracking number. If you fail to provide a track-able tracking # by the seventh business day you will be issued an invoice for the non returned product. The invoiced amount will be based on fair market value of the item. Payment of the invoice due immediately upon receipt.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS! Please be aware that your country may assess Value Added Tax, Import Duties Tax and Brokerage Fees on your item. These charges are your responsibility, and I have NO control over them. Please do not confuse them with additional shipping charges.
For international orders,DHL and Poste Italiane are used. We cannot and do not falsify customs forms or lower the value. We do our best to ensure a safe and speedy arrival of your item, by packaging and shipping it promptly.
In any case, the order was returned because buyer refused to accept the item due to the custom and brokerage fee, buyer is subject to pay for the shipping and the return custom and brokerage fees.
Duties are fees imposed by customs on imported merchandise. The applicable charge will be based on the value and/or gross weight and may differ according to the commodity. You are responsible for payment of all duties and fees.
Brokerage fees are implemented by the customs broker or agent for its services.
